Applicants for a licence should contact officers of the Commission to discuss the type of business for which they require a licence.
Applicants are required to complete an application form and a biographical affidavit (personal questionnaire) and to submit a business plan for the operations for which they seek a licence. Where appropriate, applicants are also required to submit audited financial statements or statements of affairs.
Prescribed Forms are available from the Commission for licences to carry on the following business:
- International banking business;
- Insurance business;
- Mutual Funds operations;
- Mutual Fund Administrator;
- Money Services Business;
- Company Management;
Entities wishing to be registered under a relevant Act must provide the Commissioner with the documents and the prescribed fee specified in the enactment at the time of making application.
