Immunity
Neither the Commission, a director or a member of a committee of the Board, an employee of the Commission, or any person authorised by the Commission to perform any duty or exercise any power on behalf of the Commission shall be liable in damages for anything done or omitted to be done in the discharge or purported discharge of any function or duty or the exercise or purported exercise of any power under the Financial Services Commission Act or any other enactment unless it is shown that the act or omission was in bad faith.
